My fridge is a disaster at the end of the week. How’s yours? Every Sunday evening, I invariably find floppy carrots, slimy spinach leaves, browning beans and prune-like ginger root. Throwing out rotten food is like chucking money away. With a little preparation these simple food hack tips will show you how to store your food properly. Steps like storing asparagus stems upright in water or putting in a piece of paper towel with leafy greens in the fridge will keep your food fresher longer. Make perfect sense and saves your family a few cents as well.
