Review: Whole Foods Market opens in Addison

“Life itself is the proper binge” – Julia Child and binge we have at the new Whole Foods Market which just opened in Addison.  The IttyBittyFoodies have been enjoying all the opening specials all week (valid till July 23rd).

We’ve been venturing in after summer camp for the best French macaron bargain in town at $1 each if you purchase 6 and a coffee for me made from their fancy custom-made La Strada machine.

An important thing we noticed was the kids’ aisle was 24 feet of baby products so there’s no need to go to a baby food section then to the Whole Body section to find baby lotion and sunscreen etc. It’s now all in the one aisle.

The boys love the mini shopping trolleys made just for their size. Pikelet took ownership of dinner and did shopping for us on one occasion. He took advantage of the opening specials of boneless rib eye ($10.99), organic raspberries ($1.99), cherries ($2.99) and two beautiful phaelanopsis orchids ($9.99) for mama!
